Is executive coaching needed at any environment for an effective working of an individual or an organization? The answer should be a resounding “Yay” as it is one of the most important characteristics for growth, as a team or as an individual.
When we work on the person or the organization it is just not that one person whom we should focus more on, but all the members who work in the organization or team, because that is an essential for effective communication.
Now, when we talk about an executive coach, we will have to look at a workplace with varied people from different cultures and ethnicity and behaviors. In such situations, the emphasis on the role of an executive coach comes as most crucial ones for the growth of the person, the team and eventually the organisation.
In present days and definitively in the years to come, there is a need for diversity and inclusion coaching too, with the major areas to work on being:
• Skill development
• Policy and strategy
